21-Day Sleep re-BOOTCAMP Beta Troop

Our 21-day Sleep re-BOOTCAMP is for those who have one or more of the following: * Wake up and are unable to fall back asleep. * Have excessive daytime sleepiness. * Experience irritability. * Have difficulty falling asleep. * Have a dependence on sleep aids. CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) is the first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia. It improves sleep and reduces or eliminates the need for sleep aids. Your troop and coach will meet virtually for three consecutive Saturdays at 7 pm for education and goal setting for the upcoming week. Throughout the 21-day Sleep re-BOOTCAMP, you will interact within a private Facebook group, allowing you to ask questions, get support, and watch educational videos from your coaches.
