Service Description
Here at Elite Sleep Professionals, we understand how uncomfortable sleeping away from home is. The worry of having electrodes (wires) connected to your head, face, and body and a technologist watching you all night can be intimidating. Our Home Sleep Testing program allows you the freedom to perform the ordered test in your bed, where you feel most comfortable. We believe in scheduling provider-ordered services within days, not weeks, of a request. When you schedule your Home Sleep Test with Elite Sleep, you will receive: Set up and analyzed by a Registered Sleep Technologist. Interpretation by a Board-Certified Sleep Physician. Choice of an in-person or virtual visit with a Certified Sleep Educator to review study data and discuss results. We offer a discounted $225 cash price with no hidden costs and no fees billed later. If you choose, we also accept most major insurances. Unit pickup is offered in our Bremen, GA location only.
Cancellation Policy
A Sleep Health Coaching Agreement is required to be signed between Elite Sleep Professionals LLC and the client before the first coaching session. If the client chooses not to sign within 14 days of purchase a refund will be issued. This coaching fee is available as a special introductory offer and is non-refundable thereafter. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled time. We understand unforeseen circumstances will arise. Rescheduling will be allowed twice per paid visit.
